The cat tree is spacious and cozy for a 9lbs cat. The wooden structure is stable and durable and it’s def sturdy enough to support my cat’s weight. This is indeed a great idea to entertain cats. I would say it depends on the cat and don't expect your cat to use like every day. My cat has been using it from time to time especially the top deck where the cat sits and watches the windows.
Before it was even complete my cats were fighting over the platform and the soft bucket style seat. They loved it so much we just left it at the end of the couch rather than annoy them and move it somewhere else. The fabric is soft and plush. The build is sturdy for large bodied felines and there is plenty of space for multi cat house holds. This is a great cat tower!
